В это магазине заказывал за всё время 10 камер. Первые камеры работают 24/7 уже 2 года. Проблем нет. Ещё бы нормальное ПО для этих камер было бы супер. В последнем заказе пришла одна камера с нерабочем адаптером(блоком питания) . Сразу написал продавцу и он предложил компенсацию 4$. Но так как сейчас в Москве магазины на работают, я попросил прислать адаптер(если он есть на складе в Москве) на что продавец написал,что есть и сразу отправил. Адаптер пришёл за 2 дня. Магазин и продавца рекомендую!!!!! Пусть у него всё будет хорошо.

Пришло в очень сильно помятой упаковке. В транспортной сказали что нет пометки “хрупкое” на грузе. По этому видно и пинали. Сама камера вроде не пострадала. Не понравилось что уличная ptz камера этой же фирмы работает на другом софте. В итоге две программы в телефоне icsee для уличной и yoosee для дома. Софт и камеры не совместимы. Очень не удобно. Хотелось бы управление одной программой на все виды камер.
