The lamp is 360 degree horizontal rotatable ,the driver is in the base ,if the driver is stuck when

rotating ,please open the base and replace the driver ,then it is rotatable again

Donot rotate harshly when the driver is stuck ,it might broke the lamp

FAQ If the driver or the led diode is failed ,what is your solution?

We have 5 years warranty for the driver and the diode ,they are all replacable

We will resend you the driver or diode by free in 5 years if failed and reasonable cost after that

The driver is 220V or 110V , if you choose dimming version ,we will send 110V for USA ,CA and Japan (also other countries with 110V voltage) ,other countries we send 220V version

Это была самая долгая доставка в моей жизни, 68 дней! при том, что я писала продавцу, что мне важно, чтобы он прислал быстро. Я заказала светильники у двух разных продавцов. Один прислал с помощью mist express, все пришло быстро и прямо ко мне домой. Этот же продавец использовал самую дешёвую доставку, ещё и разбил мои 6 светильников на 2 посылки. В итоге все шло очень долго и пришлось продлевать время. Очень зла и больше здесь заказывать не буду, по этой причине. Ещё у светильников оказалось очень неудобное закручивание на месте крепления, мастеру с ними пришлось изрядно помучиться.

Качество светильника великолепное. Ничего не скрипит, не люфтит, не отваливается. Сделан из алюминия. Покрытие матовая порошковая краска, покрашено равномерно. Механизм поворота по ощущениям частых поворотов не выдержит, но частые ему и не к чему. Монтаж крайне прост, единственный момент подключать провода к нему нужно через маленькие тоненькие клемные колодки, потому что места для их расположения внутри почти нет. На 360 голова вертеться не будет, ей мешают болты внутри. Выглядит в живую шикарно. Аналогичные светильники в Ростовских магазинах стоят в районе 4-5 т.р. упаковано было просто в коробки, никакого пенопласта и т.д. не было, но он и не нужен, их сложно сломать. Свет направленный, с хорошим углом рассеивания и равномерностью.Если вы хотели купить точечный накладной свет – это отличный вариант.
